If you want to edit an image inside WordPress post or page editor, the first thing you need to do is to login to your WordPress Dashboard and after you’ve logged in, you choose where the image is whether you want to edit the image inside a page or post editor.

Let’s suppose for instance you wanted to edit an image inside a page, here’s what you’ll do; you will move your mouse cursor over ‘Pages >> All Pages' and a new window will be opened up for where your page editor will appear and once it opens up for you, the next thing you need to do is to click on the image you want to edit and different icons will appear on top of the image.

Click on the one that looks like the pencil icon.

Once you've click on that pencil icon, a new page should open up for you that look like what we have below.

Now, click on 'Edit Original' and you will be taken to another page where you will find some image editing tools.

Don't forget to click on 'save' once you are done.
